For being only your 5th or 6th emote, this has really been well done. However, there are some small mistakes in there that may need some changes.

First of all things, is the loop. Emoticons don't look the best if they don't have a loop, so the emoticon flows smoothly. I suggest adding a few frames at the end so you are able to get the emoticons back to the starting position in the first frame.
e.g the red walks back right and turns around, the blue walks back left and turns around, but also change his 'wtf' expression to his happy expression.

The second problem is the white background. This can be easily fixed, either first selecting transparency before creating a new file or deleting the background. This can also be stop through your Optimisation options: there should be something there that is making transparency a colour (or white)

The other minor mistakes are only fixed through experience. For example, black outlines aren't the greatest of things to use in emotes. Instead, try using a dark shade of the colour of your emote. (e.g red= dark red, blue=dark blue/dark purple)
Your wtf expression should have a white filling in it to emphasise the expression more; maybe even a more gradual transition from the 0_0 to 0_T.

I can tell you've used a non-gradient for you shading: which is fantastic! It might not be perfect, but overtime, if you're not already, try modifying your style a little bit. Eventually, you're shading will look fantastic.

To finish off, I'd just like to say you're expressions in this is fantastic. Timing is also quite good in this. You're well on your way if you continue!
