You can never have too many tutorials. Though it would be nice to see one covering something that hasn't already been covered on dA. I think this is a pretty comprehensive guide to what's out there already.

You should try an animation tutorial. A lesson in emoticon fluidity, that's what people seem to have a hard time in.
