I made one before but than, of course, the irony came in I lost everythibng on my comp...

You can never have too many tutorials. Though it would be nice to see one covering something that hasn't already been covered on dA. I think this is a pretty comprehensive guide to what's out there already.
Just my thoughts of course.

You should try an animation tutorial. A lesson in emoticon fluidity, that's what people seem to have a hard time in.

Maybe something like an smoothness tutorial like matayu said...

and something like layers-based-animating... ;)

would be nice for the beginners ... ^^

or a bounce-tutorial... there aren't many here on devArt
