Better games, less expensive, doesn't use blu-ray which is completely unnecessary, looks better (PS3 looks like a fridge), owned by Microsoft (they deserve their riches), the list goes on.

Better games, I disagree. I've played both Xbox and PS3. Xbox as Halo 3. PS3 has Uncharted series. Both games are equally as good. Halo is fun as hell, but I wouldn't just buy the Xbox for that. You've been sucked in... PS3 has better graphics anyhow. Just look at the new game Borderlands. IT runs MUCH better on PS3.

PS3 is just as expensive as the Xbox 360, look at the new model. (I do have to agree with you though, it was expensive before.)

Blu-ray is definitely not unnecessary. In 3 years, they will stop selling DVDs. Just as they did in videos. In 2012 (even sooner in America), all channels and TVS will have to be in HD standard. That means DVD will be long-gone. That means I won't have to go and buy a $400 Blu-ray player. Blu-ray and Xbox together are more expensive than the most expensive model of PS3, and the PS3 has bluray in it. Pretty good deal I reckon.

As for the look, the PS3 just looks better if you're not blind. The Xbox looks like some cheap bit of plastic personally. I'm just saying though.

Microsoft sucks shit, enough said. They failed Vista, and they can fail much more still. I've had numerous Xbox "Red Rings Of Death" and it fuckin pissed me off. I never played or bought another game for it after 10 of these. What a waste of money.

PS3 has better graphics (due to better internal systems and Blu-ray).
Just letting you know, the PS started Xbox. The PS controller remains the standard. The Xbox 360 controller is much better than the previous Xbox controller before though.

What I don't get though is the fact that there has to be a console war. I personally think the PS3 is better because of it's better system, but around 60% of gamers play Xbox, and then the war starts. Why can't the games be for both consoles. I mean, all games (except for Halo) are sold for PS3s eventually.

I love the story. The final battle with Ophelia took me 3 hours (with lots of failed attempts, of course. xD) but Doviculus only took me one try.

Have you played multiplayer yet? What team do you use?
